Use of the service

WorkshopHQ is provided as workshop management SaaS. Users must keep login details secure and use the platform only for lawful workshop business purposes.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access may depend on selected plans, trials, add-ons and billing status. Subscription features can vary by plan and account configuration.

Customer data

Workshops are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of customer, vehicle, invoice, WOF and communication data entered into WorkshopHQ.

Billing and cancellation

Paid services may renew unless cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms. Fees, trial durations and add-ons may be managed through the account or administrator.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service reliability, upload malicious content or use WorkshopHQ to send unlawful communications.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and internet issues may affect access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkshopHQ is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
