Customer and vehicle data
Workshop data remains controlled by the workshop account. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to enter and manage customer and vehicle records.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, analytics and support providers to deliver WorkshopHQ. These providers must only process data for service delivery.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including authentication, role permissions and tenant isolation controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
